A Bloom Day in March

There were so many beautiful awakenings in the garden last weekend, I barely had time to snap enough images before sundown.  But perfect timing as the light was perfect!  I hope these images inspire you as they did me.  Enjoy!

February Bloom Day

The Violas! These little gems smell divine and are the beauty of the garden in February.  I have them planted under a huge and beautiful California Black Oak and every year this once little mound almost doubles in size!

Vanessa & Ryan get married at Castle House

I have been so excited to share just a few gorgeous images from this very beautiful wedding in September at Castle House.  Ryan and Vanessa are such a fun, cute, and SUPER organized couple (you know what I'm talking about RYAN!).  I loved their taste.  Fun, elegant with a little touch of eclectic.  Just the right mix!
I am particularly fond of their wedding decor put into place throughout the place.  The centerpieces consisted of silver trays--antique of course, along with composites of vintage bottles--the real deal.  The color palate they chose speaks volumes about themselves.  Refined, soft yet complex.  The flowers were simply stunning (if I  may say so myself!).  And on top of that, Vanessa's mother contributed greatly with all her hand-made touches.  From the whimsical cake topper to the favor bags and table runners, this mother of the bride was busy, busy crafting for a long time and it sure paid off!  Can you say one-of-a-kind???  Oh the beauty!
Enjoy! Thank you for these extraordinary images Nima Salimi !!!
